Survey. Choose the best graphic and the most influential graphics artist

Twenty years is a long time in infographics. Twenty years of awards is also a long time. Infographics, a genre wedded to technology, has evolved incredibly during this time. Over the course of two decades, there have been milestones that have decisively shaped this evolution: certain individuals and specific works whose influence has spread through the entire infographics community.

Perhaps you remember a graphic that left you speechless; or you remember listening to the infographer your most admire speak at a conference… With the laurels of the Malofiej 20 we want to crown the best graphic and best graphic artist of the past twenty years. Which in your opinion is the best graphic and who is the best graphic artist of the past two decades?

Participate in this macro-survey organized exclusively by the SND-E.

You can send your entry up until February 1, 2012. The five most voted graphic artists and graphics will advance to the final round. There will then be a new round of voting that will take place during February and March. The results will be announced at the end of the Infographics World Summit, during at traditional awards ceremony.

Each participant may cast only one vote: one for the best graphics and another for the best graphic artist. Participants must identify themselves. The SND-E and the Malofiej organization of guarantee complete voter confidentiality.

Encuesta. Elige el mejor gráfico y el infografista más influyente de estos veinte años

Veinte años de infografía son muchos años. Veinte años de premios también son muchos años. La infografía, un género pegado a la tecnología, ha evolucionado increíblemente en este tiempo. Pero hay hitos en estas dos décadas que han marcado de manera decisiva el desarrollo de infografía: personas y trabajos concretos cuya influencia se ha extendido por toda la comunidad de infografistas.

Porque aún guardas en tu memoria aquel gráfico que te dejó sin habla.; porque pudiste escuchar en un congreso al infografista que más admirabas… Queremos que concedas los laureles de esta edición de los Malofiej 20 al mejor gráfico y el mejor infografista de estos veinte años. ¿Cuáles son para ti el mejor gráfico y el mejor infografista de estas dos décadas?

Participa en esta macroencuesta organizada en exclusiva por la SND-E.

Puedes enviar tu candidato hasta el 1 de febrero de 2012. Los cinco infografistas y los cinco gráficos más votados pasarán a la ronda final. Se procederá entonces, durnte los meses de  febrero y marzo a una nueva votación. Los resultados se harán públicos al término de la Cumbre Mundial de Infografía, durante la tradicional ceremonia de entrega de premios.

Cada participante sólo podrá emitir un voto: uno para elegir el mejor gráfico y otro para elegir el mejor infografista. Es obligatorio identificarse. La SND-E y la organización del los Malofiej garantizan la completa confidencialidad de la votación.
